Pack purchased but not Showing up

RouxDog_94​ Nope, the EA App cache has nothing to do with any Sims 4 user data.  Your user files are stored in Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4, and the EA App cache data is in one or two hidden places (I believe %ProgramData% and %AppData% but would have to test).  So you're safe.
