thebarkingbunni Where did you buy the packs: through EA, through Steam, or from a third party? If EA, please go to ea.com, open Account Settings > Payment & Wallet > Order History, find the purchases on the list, and let me know their status: Completed, Processing, or Failed.
If you get an error when trying to install the packs, please post a screenshot of it.
