Packs owned but not able to install
I log into sims and all my packs are gone they all say owned but not installed, when i go into EA or steam they aren't there either i know im on the right account and i know i own them, they just are...

I'm having the same problem! I haven't found a solution for it yet either. It's so frustrating, I haven't been able to play for days!!😭😭
