I was playing sims 4 on my laptop for the longest. Then finally had the urge to play on my actual pc since I got a new monitor. Now my worlds that I created on my laptop are not showing up. It keeps wanting me to start a new game, I have already tried to do cloud save through steam and EA app and nothing has worked yet. Please help!
Willow_Mckay Cloud saving doesn't work for Sims 4, so you'll need to transfer your saves manually. They're located in Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > saves.
All your user data is in this Sims 4 folder, but you don't need to transfer most of it. The Tray folder contains saved households and builds, and you may want to transfer the contents of Screenshots and Recorded Videos too, and possibly Mods. The rest can be ignored, as the game will or likely already has recreated the other data.
