Pixel Glitch in game (Sims 4) Please help!

After the new update a few days ago, whenever something pops up on my screen (volume, notifications, my settings, etc.) wherever it was pixelates. I currently do not have any mods or cc in my mod folder since I took them out before the update started. I've tried repairing the app with the EA recovery app but that helps with nothing. Does anyone know how to fix this issue? I've attached some pictures of the problem below.

    polyvtvd1  Please update your computer's graphics driver.  If you don't know how to do that, or it doesn't help, please provide a dxdiag.  Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop.  From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
