pixel glitch in game

Question

Every time i start sims 4 the game works fine until i exit it in windowed full screen mode. after that a huge pixel glitch appears on the screen. because of this problem i have uninstalled, reinstalled and restored the game several times. i have uninstalled all mods and still no help. the screenshot shows the problem very well screenshot help please :(

You'll want the Adrenalin edition, not Pro.&nbsp; Run the installer as an admin: right-click the download and select "Run as administrator."&nbsp; Restart your computer after installing and before trying to play.
