Problems with Add ons

Has anyone had any problems with your installed add on’s not showing in game? I’ve purchased quite a few add ons (added to this list) which are all downloaded & installed in my EA APP but in my game itself it states I don’t own them and so does the store itself? I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the game & Im still only able to play base game & can’t access my saved game due to my add ons not being in my game or showing anywhere to download as there already downloaded and installed.
