Purchased and downloaded game packs not showing up in game. Please help

I purchased Lovestruck and werewolves they are both downloaded and in the sims 4 file, but in the game its saying I don't have it. When I click on that link it will take me to a page that says I DO o...

I’m having the same issue, but for Get to Work! My game won’t recognize it, and isn’t giving me access to some of my worlds in gameplay. I was talking to EA Support for an hour and nothing’s helped. They walked me through all their troubleshooting before eventually giving up. I am FED up with EA and Sims at this point
