Purchased Businesses and Hobbies - Not available for download

I've purchased Businesses and Hobbies (27/02/2024), it's a week past the release and it's showing in game as purchased but not available yet.  

In my EA app (where I purchased) it's not showing in downloads.  

Went to the browser EA Account.  Can see my purchase there and says order complete 'has been digitally shipped'.  

Have no access, have no way of contacting EA, tried the live chat and it did nothing. Getting very very frustrated. 

So far I tried: Repairing my game (and all the add ons), turning the auto download on and off, restarting my laptop (about 100 times), restarting the app.  Various combination of this.  Looking for the game on the app and seeing if it lets me download, doing the same on the internet browser.  Turned on mods, turned off mods.
