I downloaded the For Rent pack and in my game files it says the pack is there but in CAS and in build mode etc it says I don't own it, I have repaired sims and the EA app but the issue is still not f...

Since the update before royalty and legacy the expansion packs/kits that I had bought previously just stopped existing in game. It says that they are installed in teh EA app but they are not in my game. I have tried unistalling the packs/kits but that didn't help. I don't know what to do so if anyone knows what is happening or why, that would be great.
I have the same problem and I'm trying so many solutions. People would tell you to go the Marketplace and activate your packs there but my packs missing are the exact ones I can't find in the Marketplace, but see if that works for you.
