Ravenwood festival not spawning

Hey !

I got an issue since several weeks. Some of Ravenwood festivals (family day and moon festival) are not spawning : I see them in the calendar, some NPC are inviting me to them but when I'm going to the place : nothing happens. The area is empty and the festival's missions don't appear too. It only happens with the festivals of family day and moon revelry.

I tried to : 

• erase all my mods
• repair the game
• try a new save
• update the game

Nothing changed ! Festivals of other packs seems to work normally. 

Can someone help me with this ?
