I just bought two expansion packs for The Sims 4 and they aren't showing up in my list of add-ons. When I click on the pack it doesn't say that I have purchased them, but I got an email confirming that I have.

Please try clearing the cache for the EA app following the steps here, let me know if you're still not seeing your newest packs then.
I am currently having this issue.. I have cleared the cache, Uninstalled, reinstalled.... It is currently uninstalled... When I go into EA though, and go to manage add-ons, they all say manage on steam, other than the last 3, which just say installed... The status of everything stays the same even when I install it all again through Steam... (Thats where I purchased the basegame & other exp. & add ons). Im at a loss...
