I havea problem with The Sims 4 expansion “Royalty & Legacy”. I tried to redeem a third-party key, it worked but it didn't download. The two kits did, but the expansion pack didn't. When I click "Mannage Addons" it doesn't say download or anything, it doesn't let me click it and it doesn't even appear as a pack, it says The Sims 4 “Regal Treasures-digital content". When I play the game and try to see if I can buy it from there, It says: “This pack is not for sale.” I tried using the code again and I can't. In the EA App store, it still appears available to buy. Other players can see it normally in the in-game store. It seems my account has a license conflict or invalid status. Could you please check and reset the license status for this expansion on my account?
