I was able to see and play both the EP and the extras after a lot of uninstalling and reinstalling in the EA app. I never reached out to the third party seller. So, in my case anyway, it was the EA app that was the problem, not the codes.

did you also bought the bundle through reseller?
Also: you said "codes" so you've got multiple for the bundle? I'am worried becouse I've got only one code so maybe in my case it is reseller's fault... So far they repllied to me today and said to ask EA help.
