For anyone else experienceing this issue - I'm also having this issue with a bundle key bought from G2A . The seller stated that they" have contacted EA support who are aware of the issue and that it doesn't relate to the keys."
I reached out to EA support via livechat who have said "we had received multiple reports from other players also regarding the same and we are currently treating this as Emerging issue and it is going to be fixed soon as our game team has already started working on it."
Hoping the problem gets solved and it isn't an issue with the pack being missold on G2A!
Interesting, because I asked in the support chat as well today, and they basically said "we can't help you with third-party seller, sorry, bye." So I thought I'd have to try to get a refund from G2A. But I guess I'll wait a little longer then.
