SDX drop not downloading and event not starting

When I opened my game I accidently clicked "No, keep playing" rather than to download now. But when I closed the game and restarted the pop up didn't return. I've restarted the game 4 times and nothi...

Event is now working on another restart, still no sign of the SDX drop.

    sdx drops not showing up | EA Forums - 11838385 the information about there being too may files in the content folder seems to have worked, there shouldn't be folders in there, just one doc.

    new items are there, they're just not showing as new
