Seems like we're having a problem with not getting what we purchased

I have bought a few kits after not being on the game for awhile. My order history says I've bought the same kits twice and still, nothing. I've restarted, gave up my game files for reinstalling, and other people have tried repairing the game and still--nothing. I would like a refund and EA is also telling me I am not eligible for it when I'VE BOUGHT THE SAME KITS TWICE. $24 just turned to $48 and I'm pissed!

    Hey there Floydspb​ 

    First let's try clearing the cache for the EA app as well as logging out and back in. If you're still not seeing your kits, please run an EA Error Report following these steps and provide your Report ID for me. 

    As for the duplicate purchase, that's something live support can look into with you to process a refund, you can contact the team here for more help on that.
