sims 4 constantly crashing

for exactly 2 weeks now my sims 4 game keeps crashing. When i launch the game on origin, it takes me to the main menu. when select resume game(resume household i last played), it then takes me on the green diamond loading screen then immediately crashes (games randomly exits). I have tried the 50/50 method for removing mods, deleting all ts4 script mods, repaired the game, deleting localthumbcache, even cleared cache in origin help menu and even restarting my laptop and none of these measures have worked. Doesn't even give me the option to update game. Nothing i have tried seems to help. Can someone please guide me to another solution that ACTUALLY works. Origin please get it together because this is single handedly one of the most annoying things to deal with. PLEASE HELP!!!

    aquaticred_02313​  I apologize for the late reply.  I'm not sure how I missed your thread, except maybe it was elsewhere and moved to this forum after the fact.

    At any rate, if you still need help, and you're getting crashes with no mods or custom content present, please provide a dxdiag.  Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop.  From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
