Sims 4 cottage living download

I had this issue to and they double charged me too, I didn't even get the game.

I uninstalled and reinstalled Origin to fix this and now the sims base game and all of my add-ons won't install... it says the content is finalized then immediately says "error". Anyone else having this problem as well?

I contacted EA and this is an issue that many of us are experiencing... They are supposedly working on it.

If you're getting a download error, please clear Origin's cache:

https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/clear-cache-to-fix-problems-with-your-games/

restart your computer, and try again.  You can also try repairing the game: open your Origin game library, right-click on the Sims 4 icon, and select Repair.

If anyone is getting an error message, please post a screenshot.

similar problem here. I accidentally bought the pack twice since the preorder didn't show up. I got the one order refunded, but I still can't download the game

i did this, ive repaired and updated multiple times, cleared the cache, still not able to download, still says ive purchased it and also asks me to buy it again in Origin
