craftysimss​  This is the most reliable way to remove and replace a graphics driver.  Yes, you could try something else first.  But if it doesn't help, we wouldn't know whether the driver was still the issue, which means you'd need to use DDU anyway.

So please try it now.  It is very safe if you follow the instructions.  The problems happen when people don't do it correctly.  And make sure you know the password for your Windows account.  It's fine if you typically use a PIN, but you need the actual password for this process.  If you don't know it, login to your Microsoft account and reset it before using DDU.
