kulu10222 Your dxdiag shows that Acer's registration software is crashing repeatedly. Since there's no reason for it to be running all the time, I would suggest disabling it in the Task Manager's Startup tab. This wouldn't prevent you from opening it, only stop it from starting automatically with Windows. Please also make sure it's not running in the Task Manager's background processes list before trying to play.
The game goes for Acer Care Center, although the dxdiag only lists one crash from this app. The dxdiag only lists the last ten crashes though, so this app could be crashing more often, just not as often as some other software.
Finally, the dxdiag lists a couple crashes from Microsoft's Edge Gaming Assist, which it looks like you would open with Windows key-G. So try to avoid that, and if it's still showing up on-screen (or Edge just happens to open when you're not expecting it), here's how to disable it entirely:
