sims 4 crashing after 10/24 update

Hi so my game was working as usual until the most recent update. Now it crashes upon start up, the screen will flash between black and white before ultimately turning white. below I have attached the...

@aliviastout1  Thanks for the dxdiag.  Please try disabling these settings, under Windows Settings > System > Display:

If that doesn't help, try this:

You may need to manually add TS4_x64, and perhaps TS4_Launcher_x64 as well, if you don't see them on the list.
