LovelySimmer91 Did you try everything listed in the post I linked? I ask in part because the Sims 4 errors in your dxdiag are often the result of bad/outdated mods or custom content. (I also ask because it takes more than ten minutes to try all those things, but maybe you'd already found the thread before posting.) If the problem is mods or cc, then I don't want to waste your time chasing other potential issues.
If you've already tried playing with your Mods folder removed, please manually uninstall and reinstall your 2015-2025 VC++ runtimes. Open Windows Settings > Apps, scroll down to the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributables, and uninstall every version from 2015 or newer. You can get new copies here:

You'll need both the x86 and x64 versions of the "latest supported redistributable version," but not the ARM version, which is for a different class of device. Restart your computer after installing the runtimes and before trying to play.
