Hi, I’m having an issue with Sims 4 DLCs that I redeemed with CD keys. In EA App they show as “In-Game Content” under Manage Add-ons, but in the game they are listed as “Not Owned” and I can’t use them.
I have already:
Cleared EA App cache
Reinstalled both EA App and the Sims 4 base game
Changed install directory
Verified I am logged into the correct EA account
Removed CAS Demo
Run both EA App and the game as administrator
Checked game folder for missing DLC files
Tried repairing the game
Tried going offline and online again
Community Manager
