Sims 4 DLC shows 'in-game content' in EA App but not owned in-game

Hi, I redeemed three Sims 4 DLCs using CD keys. In the EA App, they show up under “Manage Add-ons” as “in-game content,” but in the game they appear as “Not Owned” and cannot be used. I have already...

sailormecory​  The missing DLC is all bonus content from newer expansions, not the expansions themselves.  So you'd see maybe three items of bonus content but not the EP.  Are those items missing?  You can find plenty of screenshots on line for the bonus content from Life & Death, Lovestruck, and Businesses & Hobbies, respectively.
