Sims 4/ Ea CRASHING/ NOT OPENING.

Ive been trying to play my game all weekend, I even just got a new laptop. Im so glad i didnt go to buy any packs on sale considering I wouldnt be able to play any of them even if i wanted to because i cant open the game. It doesnt matter what i do the issue is on EA's end and they only posted one message in regard to the problem and it wasnt even really addressing the issue. im not sure why we get treated this way as community players when we invest so much money and time into the business.
