Sims 4 Error code 0e6d1221:df4e8dc:0000012d:912c9c10
Hi! I'm new here but i have a problem on my sims 4.
I can't open the game because of this error code, and I don't know how to repair it. Someone already post this but at the time it was with origin app and i have EA app so i don't think it's the same solution. I've tried repairing my game to see if it works and saved my dxdiag but it still doesn't work so please can someone help me.
felixologi Thanks for the dxdiag, which shows a couple of major issues. First, your C drive is critically low on free space. 5 GB isn't enough for Windows to maneuver even when it's not trying to run Sims 4. So please clear at least another 20 GB or so.
Once you've done that, please install the newest Nvidia graphics driver. Your dxdiag lists a number of serious crashes of one of the graphics drivers, and while these could be from the Intel driver as well, only the Nvidia driver should be involved in running Sims 4. Here's the latest version:

Run the installer as an admin: right-click the download and select "Run as administrator." Restart your computer after installing and before trying to play.
