Sims 4 keeps crashing
My game keeps crashing recently. -When I choose "Resume Game" -> load a few secs then Crash. -When I hit "Play" then choose a family in the world -> Crash They both crash before and after remove...

kanhanah In general, lastcrash files don't have any information that's usable to anyone outside the developers and QA, so I don't really need to see one. The next question is, if you copy your save to the new Sims 4 folder, but nothing else yet, does it crash? And if so, when does it crash: before or at the Main Menu, when you select the save to load, or at some other time?
When testing, please use Load Game rather than Resume, and choose a different household, one you've never played before, just as a test.
puzzlezaddict sorry for the last response, the game crashes even when I only have the Save folder in Sims 4 and nothing else. Per instruction, I use Load game and new household, I try with my custom sims and EA sims, both go to the loading screen with the green Sims symbol a few second then crash.
