Greetings! I hope everyone is doing great. I just wanted to notify that I haven't been able to play since the Lovestruck EP was released. I have tried everything from restarting my computer, clearing cache, researching on forums and videos, even uninstalling the game completely and reinstalling it with no positive results. I was able to communicate with members of the EA team and I'll be waiting for a solution for everyone who's been going through the same issue.
xolauv Then I guess it would be reasonable to create another EA account to test with. I normally wouldn't suggest this, but I also don't want to keep you going in circles if this is in fact some kind of account issue.

I know, it is so frustrating specially since this is the first time that this happens to me this bad, I truly hope we can find a solution for this. :(

I have the same problem ever since I tried to get Dragon Age The Veilguard to work (decided to wait to get the PS5 version) and it screwed everything else up with the Sims 4. I'm about to reset to factory settings on my laptop if it gets too bad again. I have the DxDiag attached, too.
KiwiSylveon Please increase the size of your computer's page file, which is not too small in general but is almost all used. Here's how (option three):

Set the minimum to 12288 and the max to 16384, and restart your computer. Don't open anything aside from Sims 4 and the EA App, and let me know how the game runs.
