Sims 4 packs not working after update

Question

Hello, I have a problem with The Sims 4 packs. After the update, my packs (game expansions) stopped working. I’ve tried everything and don’t know what to do. I attempted to delete The Sims 4 and its expansions and reinstall them, but the issue persists—nothing works.

When I log into the game and check the expansions, it shows that I own them, but there is a message at the bottom (Requires the sims4 & all game updates.See minimum system requires for the pack). I don’t know what to do anymore—I’ve tried everything, but they still don’t work for me...

46en6mixn40f&nbsp; When you open the EA App and click Sims 4 &gt; Manage &gt; Manage add-ons, do you see your packs listed, and are they installed?&nbsp; Have you confirmed that none of the packs' content is loading in-game?&nbsp; And does it help to clear the EA App's cache and repair (Sims 4 &gt; Manage &gt; Repair)?

I was going to make a thread about this same issue happening on my PC (and can still make a thread about it). I've done the things listed several times, rebooted the computer, uninstalled the EA app and then reinstalled it, pretty much anything under the sun in an attempt to be able to use the packs.&nbsp;

I&nbsp; am having the same issue but different slightly I see my games in the EA app it says they are installed but when I log into the game none of the packs show up only base game worlds and items. Even when I go to manage worlds none of the worlds show up it says I don't have them installed. But when I check the app everything looks normal. This only happened after the update. I've done everything I made a discussion on the forum but no response as of yet.
