Sims 4 Pixelated/jagged Shadows

I've been having this particular problem for months and I'm honestly unsure what to do at this point. My drivers are updated, I've already attempted the ssao lighting suggestion(to no avail), I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game as well disabling and re-enabling mods. run the game without mods. I've messed around with my in-game graphic settings. And tried anti-aliasing. Ive gone ahead and ran a DxDiag and there was no problems there

  • typicalbeth_sims  Your dxdiag lists a couple of BlueScreens and some other errors related to the graphics driver.  I'm not sure they're related to this particular issue since it's happened to other players without any such errors.  Let me know if you'd like to troubleshoot these though.

For the in-game graphics error, please test in fullscreen and windowed modes, in DirectX 9 mode, with post processing disabled, and with your secondary monitor disconnected.  It would be helpful to test these separately and together, especially DX9 mode.  You'd need to change the Nvidia Control Panel settings for TS4_DX9_x64 as well, since that's the executable that runs DX9 mode.

Im having the same issue. I tried manually adding my GPU (because for some reason the sims 4 couldn’t recognize my 5060 TI) and it still didn’t work. I tried every method under the sun, fixing the AA in Nvidia’s control panel, messing with the graphicsrules.sgr on shadows, and nothing works. Its so frustrating my super expensive PC make ugly jagged lines for shadows and I have no idea what to do :(
