I downloaded the For Rent pack and in my game files it says the pack is there but in CAS and in build mode etc it says I don't own it, I have repaired sims and the EA app but the issue is still not f...

I also have the same problem. Ive even removed sims 4 completely and downloaded it again and its still not showing up. It also took out of my bank account.
i found another post asking this same thing. this is the reply and it fixed it for me!!!
"Please open Marketplace > My Collection and see whether your packs are deactivated. If they are, you can enable them with the Pack Selection button, then restart the game."
