@lovemacaron07 Hey if you click the Sims 4 panel, then click the "i" button, you should see the game details page for the game. Scroll down and please check if you have any options to download the content in question.
Thanks. - Anonymous11 years ago
Hello there,
Thanks for the reply.
However, if i were to click on the game, there is no "i" button. Just a "play" button.
Perhaps I'm doing it wrongly?
Thanks!

Sorry, i think i got what you mean. However, both packs are downloaded already. I'm unsure why the contents of the packs are not appearing in game.
Thanks!

Thanks. Can you try going into the game details page and trying a repair on the individual panels for Spa Day and the Stuff Pack.

Hi there, I have done the individual repair thrice for both panels. But problem is still there. Are there any other possible solutions?
Thanks for your time!

@lovemacaron07 Thanks. Also your thread has been moved to the Sims 4 forum. Can you navigate to My Documents/Electronic Arts, and move the Sims 4 folder to your desktop or other backup location, then try launching again?

At this stage please contact support, perhaps the issue is account related. They can check on your account and take any appropriate steps.

Hi, click on the link as per your advice. However, there is only "Live Chat" option available and the waiting time is very long. Is there any alternative way to contact support?
Thanks!
