sims 4 will not launch

so i re downloaded the sims 4  to my pc  however i have  tied everything to get it to actually launch including  repairing files  reuninstalling to re install   clearing catches all that and it still will NOT launch keeps saying invalid game linces  seriously what  the heck i very obviously own the game and multipul packs   and cant even play it because of  a  ea app issue   😬  if someone can help me fix this once and for all i would appreciate it  very time i go to  ea help to report the issue  i get a  error report fail  >.<   and as you can see from the screen shot  i do very much own the game
