Missing content
Hello,
I bought the “for rent” and “tiny living” content in end August and paid with “Klarna” after paying Klarna I bought other 2 content and end up paying the purchase number 1 two times. Asked for the money back (because I paid TWO times) got it, PAID correctly.
and this week I got a notification about a refund of ONE cent from a 49,97€ purchase. And I also got the email from EA talking about Fraud. Got in contact, sent proof that I paid two times, sent the receipt of the money transfer. Explained that I paid the SAME purchase TWO times, contacted Klarna, they sent me only the value I paid the second time and not full. And then I paid the correct purchase.
and what I got in response was “you asked for a refund so your game was deactivated” when I freaking paid for it. Explained again what happened but I want to know if there is another way I can contact them, where I can actually get some help?? I tried to find the live chat, but I can’t find anywhere.
