Recently i made a bunch of sims for a new save and i uploaded them to my library. I was working on a building when the game closed for the new update (17/03/2026). After the update i re-opened the game and all of the sims and lots i have ever made were gone..
Im not sure if its related to the CC and mods issues that also came with the new update, since i used a los of CC for my sims.
My tray file folder is not empty. I went through my computers files to see if per chance the last 5 years of content had somehow been moved but had no luck. My tray files correspond with my gameplay as of last night (or 2AM 3/17 CST) but then when I go to my actual library none of the saved lots/households/etc... is there.

syeombyeol That looks normal, other than the fact that OneDrive is telling you it can't sync your files. Is it possible the issue with your Library is that it's sorted by most popular or something else instead of most recent? That's an issue with the Gallery at the moment, but I don't know whether the Library is also affected. iizzbee Lawg81 Same question to you.
If you're not sure, you can rename the Tray folder, so the game creates a new one, then make one new creation (it can be quick, just a randomized sim or a few walls on an empty lot), save it, and see whether it shows up once there's nothing else to see other than the default Maxis builds.

After digging more into my game files I've concluded that all my files are still present in the tray folder, but when I load into the game they do not show up. I used other guides to track to make sure that they are in the correct folder that the game should be reading from. But still everything I had saved to my library is not showing up :/
please help, the sims I've made no longer show in gallery but others do. I don't know what to do. they show up in tray importer though.
This has happened to me too. Months of sim creation and family gameplay is gone. Just completely deleted from my library. I don’t even know what to do anymore.
iizzbee sophienicolee If you're looking at your own library, make sure you're sorting by newest.
