NikiCarmel The initialization error is currently mostly related to an overly active antivirus. Depending on which one you use, you may need to set an exception for the entire Bin folder that contains TS4_x64, TS4_DX9_x64, and TS4_Launcher_x64, and then repair the game again.
If that doesn't help, please disable your antivirus (temporarily), repair the game again, and test it once before reenabling the antivirus. If it works, be sure to set the exceptions before trying to play with the antivirus running.
If that doesn't help either, please repeat the above except in another new admin Windows account (a local one, again). The idea here is to create a clean account, with a fresh set of user folders, that the antivirus doesn't touch before you get a chance to launch Sims 4.

for the antivirus part, im not sure im using any except for the windows one, do i disable that?
