Since latest update (25th Sims Bday) my save file is broken. Sims are not doing any action. They freeze.
If I send them to bed they stand in front of the bed or don't move at all. No mods, reset is not working, they are not doing anything.
I’m having the same issue, but I do have mods/cc.
I repaired the game, still sims are not doing actions, if I travel they do actions outside the lot but not at home. For travel I need to use "M" key because the phone is stuck as well, either they don't do actions or remain stuck doing action. For example stuck talking on the phone when selecting travel, or stuck as if game is paused when milking a goat, watch TV = sims standing in front of turned off TV, pets as well don't do anything (they just come when called sometimes and stand still)
I tested as well with and without. It's happening without mods too.
