Sims keep glitching and cancelling queued interactions.

Hi, I am playing only the base game and recently I "purchased" the free Holiday Kit items on the marketplace. When i tried to use them, some items are alright, but some of them can't be used and said: "Failed to compute cost".  I don't know why this happened and need enlightenment. That is problem no. 1.

No. 2: AFTER the major update, I noticed that the Sims around my Sim are glitchy when they are standing still.  When my Sim interacts with others, she will suddenly reset after every interaction. I queued up a couple of interactions, but they are quickly cancelled as soon as the first one is done. The Sims wouldn't sit and chat on the bench/sofa, or maybe they can't. The toddler interactions are also glitchy. The toddler was suddenly transported to the ground when they were being held by an adult. 

I tried again with a new Sim/game, but the problem still happened.

Side notes: I already removed all mods and CCs, deleted caches, and repaired the game files. I don't know what to do. Should I repair the game again?

    Farahtique​  For the first issue, does it happen without mods or custom content?  (I can't tell from your wording whether you tested both issues without mods and cc or just the second one.)  If so, please list the items affected and post a screenshot of the error.  I don't recognize it and would like to see it for myself.

    For the second issue, please start a new save with fresh sims, nothing from the Gallery or your library, and let me know whether you see the same issues.  The idea is to find out whether the problem is global or limited to this save or your sims.  Please continue to test with your Mods folder removed.
