Sims loop, keep moving and wont progress game
So basically for a couple days now everytime I load my save, my kid sims freak out about a monster under the bed and that loops, I can’t press on anything, i can’t pause or speed up time nor is time ...

paimonke It's worth trying all the backups until you get one that works, if you get one that works.
If that doesn't help, go to your main save (not a backup), but choose Load Game rather than Resume, which will kick you to Manage Worlds. Evict your sims from their house and put them back in, then try to play them. If this doesn't help etiher, evict them and place them elsewhere. You can put them back on their main lot after you've played with them on the new lot for a few sim-hours.
