Sims Won't Add Laundry To Washer or Wash Bin After 6-16-19 Patch

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.52.100.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? all expansions, many game and stuff packs
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? have a sim try to do laundry from the hamper to the washing machine or wash tub.
What happens when the bug occurs? The Sim will not do the laundry on their own..they keep dropping the pile of clothes on the floor/ground. I can however drag the laundry to the washing machine, and the sim can then start the wash cycle
What do you expect to see? The sim to add the laundry to the machine without dropping the clothes on the floor ground.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes

I tried to have a Sim search pockets of clothes in a hamper, and do laundry (Add to washing Machine).  However, the Sim keeps dropping the laundry on the floor or ground.  Same happens with the manual wash tub.  The clothes can, however, be dragged into the washing machine/tub, and the sim can then start the wash cycle.  This happened after the 6-16-19 patch
