puzzlezaddict​ It still takes a long time to launch , even with all of my mods removed and my Antivirus turned off. 
Ive been timing how long it takes for the game to launch and I stopped after an hour and 8 minutes.

Ive tried removing and clearing the caches again but that also did not seem to work.

I still have no idea what could be the cause of this.
