DaddyAxrq Is this still a problem after restarting your computer? Please also try to update Steam; it's fine if it's already up-to-date, just check.
If you're still seeing the issue, try repairing the game. In Steam, the option is called "Verify integrity of game files" and is under Sims 4 > Properties > Installed Files.
