Stuck in loading Screen TSM4

Hello Juan110106​, do you have any mods or CCs? If so, please remove them while we try to figure out what's wrong!
As a first step, I recommend backing up the Sims 4 folder and resetting the game. I also suggest restoring your save files only when the game works as intended.
If resetting The Sism 4 didn't work, maybe try uninstalling and reinstalling the game.

You may also want to consider doing a clean install of your PC's graphics drivers.
Just download the latest ones (usually Nvidia, AMD, or even Intel), and when installing, choose the full /custom installation. You should then have an option to do a "Clean Install."
