I log in to play the sims and the screen is completely different. The fonts went from 20 to 10, the sims are moving in slow motion, extensive time for the game to load, the volume and screen brightness increases/decreases on its own. My entire game kicked me out and took me to my pc home screen, leaving my previous game unsaved and having to start over again. And all of my furniture and home building is erased between build/live mode. Anyone else having this problem?
Shesha253 I need to see the entire dxdiag, saved as a text file, as I described. You can delete the computer name at the top of the file if you want.
So far, no changes. Perhaps I missed a step.
Shesha253 Please provide a dxdiag. Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
Please also let me know how many of these issues persist in a new save, with your entire Mods folder removed. This is just for comparison's sake; I'm not telling you to trash your existing saves.
