teen sim stuck with infant trait

My teen sim is stuck with the gassy trait and i cant remove it with the cheat and when i shift click on her i cant even see the growing together cheats. Anyone know how to fix this? I have no mods or cc installed either. She is suffering and keeps doing the animation for the trait and i am suffering as I am constantly getting the pop up that she has the trait.
