    RQ917  Please try using EA Help again, except this time, choose the live chat option.  If you don't see it, choose a different category of issue.  You may have better luck if you set your location to U.S. or U.K. in the browser window.

    Oh, I solved it. I made a contact without logging in with Edge, not Chrome. Thank you for your help.
