the game won't start

tell me what to do? when starting the game I get this error

    Bublik0103  If you've set Sims 4 to run as an admin, please remove this setting.  Check the desktop shortcut; and also check TS4_x64, TS4_DX9_x64, and TS4_Launcher_x64, all here:

    [install location]\The Sims 4\Game\Bin
