Hey everyone,
I really had hope when I saw that the game was updating, but it still crashes after 30 mins or so. For testing I went to the BFF Household and let it run.
Anyways, I've read on another thread that maybe it'd help if you'd take out your saves folder, load the game, then go back and put your saves into the new folder. It didn't work for me, but maybe this could help one of you, so I thought I should post about it.
Btw, I looked at the Task Manager this time and the RAM usage of the game was abnormally high, like 98%, as well as the GPU usage, which hadn't been like that before. I don't know why the game started to do this, and Sims 4 shouldn't, and wasn't, that demanding to the system before.
Also, does someone know where I can file a ticket. I tried the help site, but couldn't find it. Maybe I'm just blind. I spent some time writing with the bot, then I thought, I could contact them on X, but the link there just threw me back to the help site.
