Then try the following
- Open EA app
- Click on Sims 4 in your library
- Click on Manage and Properties
- On top you should see the install location of the game. You can click Open Folder from there (mine is on a different folder so that's not where yours will be but that's where you'll find the installation location)

it's probably installed on another drive but there's very little reason to change something in the installation files
You're probably looking for your user folder that has your saves and stuff ? That should be in your documents folder.
If you do need help finding your installation files, let me know.
